While the project is far from complete, on paper the AIRPod seems like a solid concept. The engine would in theory be powered by a 1.5 minute refill at a compressed-air station and may be able to manage 125-miles-per-tank of air. Green automobile experts are fascinated with this idea due to the fact that electric cars can take hours to recharge, whereas in just about a blink of the eye the AIRPod will be ready to roll.
